How Rocket Client Management Works
Getting up and running with Rocket is easy.
1. Sign Up
After clicking the Sign-Up button, you’ll be asked for a few simple pieces of contact information. You’ll receive an email to confirm your information and log in to your new Rocket account.
2. Set up your User Profile
As soon as you log in here, you’ll be able to set up your profile, including the types of services you offer, the duration of those services, and your pricing. You can also customize the days and hours you want to be available for booking.
3. Start booking with Rocket.
After just a few minutes of setup, you’ll be able to start taking bookings. Simply use the link we provide to connect your rocket booking page to your website or any social site like Instagram or Yelp. You can also adjust how you receive new booking notifications and appointment reminders by logging in and adjusting your Account Settings.
If you take appointments by phone or text message, just enter those into your Rocket appointment calendar. Now all of your bookings are in one place and accessible form anywhere.
4. Take advantage of additional features.
Rocket offers a ton of additional features to help you grow your business and take bookings. Use the Account/Team menu to share your calendar with others.
5. Like using Rocket?
If you want to continue past the 30 day free trial (don’t worry, we’ll remind you), just log in and enter your payment info under the Account/Billing menu. You’ll only pay for one month at a time and can cancel whenever you need.
